  Do not rent from this lady. She is very rude and persistent about getting the deposit. I was guaranteed a home and asked for broken windows and unfinished repairs on the home to be fixed before signing lease and paying the deposit. She agreed. I drove by the day before we both agreed on signing the lease and noticed no repairs had been made and called her to ask if they were made. She lied and said yes they had been repaired and then informed me that she had rented the house to somebody else. Very unprofessional. The least she could do after taking the application fee and agreeing to rent to me was give me a call and me know it was already rented. If i could give a zero star rating i would. Future renters beware.
